Instead of choosing a lid for our vessels, we opted for a candle cover or "dust cover". Our candle covers are made from recycled paper, water and a blend of Canadian wildflower seeds. You can plant them in soil and they will bloom. They have a shelf life of two years and should be stored in a cool dry place until you are ready to plant.

Seed paper will grow a wildflower mix of:

• Bird’s Eye – Annual

• Clarkia – Annual

• Black Eyed Susan – Perennial

• Catchfly – Annual

• Snapdragon – Annual

• Sweet Alyssum – Annual

We recommend a burn time of 3-4 hours for Jar Candles. Please refer to our Candle Care page for instructions on how to burn/care for your candle properly.

How to Plant Your Chamomile Seed Paper Inside
1. Tear up your seed paper into 6 smaller pieces
2. Fill your pot with rich, well draining soil about ⅔ full
3. Place your seed paper pieces on top of the soil. Try to spread them out. This will help prevent the Chamomile from crowding each other during growth.
4. Sprinkle a thin layer of soil on top. A thick layer of soil will hinder the seeds from sprouting!
5. Using a mister or spray bottle, keep your seed paper covers moist (not soaking) for a week and watch them grow. Continue to keep an eye on our seed paper for germination and need for water.
