Shipping & Pickup

In an effort to reduce heat exposure to your packages, we have changed our shipping policy effective Monday June 21st until cooler weather begins (which could very well be next week with the way 2021 is looking). 

THESE CHANGES INCLUDE: 

• Priority 2 day shipping ONLY

• Orders will be shipped on MONDAY-WEDNESDAY to lessen the amount of time the products are spent sitting in a warehouse. Please note, we will not be able to ship your order during a heat warning in the GTA.

• Remember to track your purchase :)

We offer FREE pickup! Pickup orders will be fulfilled within 5-7 days. You will receive a confirmation email/text when your order is ready to be picked up. Please notify us at our email theolfactorylabs@gmail.com or through DM on Instagram at least ONE HOUR before pickup, so we can ensure your order is ready and waiting for you! 

All orders should be picked up within two weeks (14 days) of receiving your notice of your item being ready for pickup. After 14 days, if you have not come to pick up your item, we will refund your money and find a new home for your purchase.
